Greg Cybulski, TYNDALL, MB (June 15, 2013) The Northern Lightning Sprint Association is best known for it’s fast-paced, high-flying action on the dirt tracks of Manitoba. There is also another side to the NLSA organization that some fans may not be aware of and that is community involvement.
On Saturday, June 15th, the hamlet of Tyndall, Manitoba held it’s Family Fun Day. The day’s activities included a pancake breakfast, horseshoe tournament, kid’s bike parade plus many more family-oriented events.
Accepting an invitation to participate in this year’s event, veteran NLSA driver Chris Bouwman and his crew were more than pleased to display their #4C Lightning Sprint at Family Fun Day on behalf of the Northern Lightning Sprint Association.
From all reports, there was much interest from the public and the Bouwman’s were more than happy to talk about their Sprint and the NLSA.
The Northern Lightning Sprint Association is pleased to be involved in community events when possible.
